I really had no idea where I'd end up, but I knew it had to be around health and human performance...
My whole life has been around the sports realm. I graduated from the University of Montana, pursuing my passion for Division 1 football. Unfortunately, my playing career ended in my final year due to multiple concussions. While this was a setback, I went on and earned a degree in psychology, which deepened my understanding of the human mind. After college, I wanted to remain in the sports world, driven by the personal impact it had on my life. I recognized the importance of sharing my knowledge and support with others which led me to stay in this field.
Life Goes On
Early in my career, I began as a sports performance trainer, earning various certifications. I was committed to providing top-notch training to help athletes develop. However, I sought to enhance my offerings, so I decided to further my education. I enrolled in a Master’s program and graduated with a Master's degree in sports and performance psychology. This allowed me to blend psychology and physical performance training effectively. As years went on I understood the impact of nutrition that interconnects with overall performance. This led me to add a nutrition certification to correlate directly with my psychology.
Now, I leverage my current and continuing education, professional experience, certifications, and personal experiences to help individuals like you unlock your potential. I’ll guide you in physical training while also helping you understand the power of your mind and how to utilize lifestyle with nutrition to connect the three. I believe in limitless possibilities, not restrictions.

In the beginning I was juggling a job, masters program, and ideas of a new business.
Life can become chaotic when you're pursuing your dreams, and I'm sure many can relate to that. In the beginning, it takes time to learn and apply new knowledge to unlock new opportunities. I've pushed myself to the limits in order to be creative for my clients, providing them with the chance to take advantage of a variety of services. The human body is incredibly complex, but when everything is working in harmony, there’s a powerful potential that someone may never have realized they possessed.
I aim to give the world my absolute best in solving clients' problems and elevating their lives to a whole new level. I believe that by being focused on maximizing my own potential, I can better serve my clients and help them unlock their own. I’m not a perfect person, but I’m always willing to grow and approach others with empathy, so I can create the most effective programs tailored to your needs.

The focus is on developing both physical conditioning and functional skills, helping individuals reach their full potential in athletic performance or daily physical tasks.
 Nutrition,
Nutrition is the study of how food affects the body and its role in maintaining health. It focuses on the intake of essential nutrients such as proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals that are necessary for growth, energy, and proper functioning. Proper nutrition supports overall well-being, enhances physical performance, and helps prevent or manage various health conditions.
