My sports nutrition coaching offers athletes personalized recommendations, education, and guidance to improve performance and recovery. It emphasizes the right balance of macronutrients, micronutrients, and hydration, tailored to meet each athlete's unique needs and goals. I provide strategies for meal timing and educate on supplement use to maximize energy, endurance, and muscle recovery. The ultimate goal is to help athletes fuel their bodies efficiently, prevent injury, and maintain optimal performance.
